TELLES‘ practice team always aims to defend the client's interests in terms of the result, time and opportunity of the solutions presented at each moment, proposing alternatives, both in the extrajudicial and judicial fields. One of the team’s key objectives is to prevent clients from getting involved in long and expensive disputes, with our priority always being to quickly resolve issues in terms that best satisfy the interests of our clients.

In any case, a careful analysis of the costs of proceedings is always carried out from the point of view of profitability, from the perspective of strategic and preventive advice, also participating in the analysis of litigation and legal risks of ongoing business.
