The area of Real Estate and Construction has a long tradition at TELLES and together with Urban Planning, forms an area in which our specialists add value not only in transactions, but in asset settlements, licensing, alteration of real estate frameworks, creation of legal structures which enhance the value and flexibility of our clients' real estate assets, as well as providing advice to various public entities such as local authorities. 

The team in this area of practice is also specialised in the monitoring and licensing of various project types, including housing, retail, industry and tourism. In this context, we highlight our vast experience in the licensing of residential projects and tourist undertakings, in which we have played an active role in the creation and regularisation of the various components of hotels, tourist-apartments and others.

In order to provide our clients an integrated service, the team of the Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning collaborates closely and on a permanent basis with the Tax Law and Corporate, M&A and Private Equity Law in the development of its solutions.

At the same time, the Real Estate and Urban Planning team is organised together with the Public Law and Procurement team to provide global services to support and defend the rights relating to licensing and organisation of our clients' real estate assets, both public and private.

Having team members in our offices in both Lisbon and Porto allows us to interpret the issues and requirements of our clients across the national territory, while we also highlight our vast experience working with international clients through the coordinating teams at the Brasilian Desk, Comptoir Français, German Desk, Oficina Latino-Española, Swiss Desk and UK Desk.
