TELLES' lawyers consider that, in addition to not being a bringing much news, the new regime fails to limit its use to sophisticated investors and, for the most part, considered eligible counterparties under the terms and for the purposes of financial market legislation, that we view the actual practical result with some reservation. They also add that the introduction of this concept could give rise to a new business segment in the financial sector, as a solution that is similar to the Project Finance modality and that may be attractive to certain profiles of lenders/investors.
