Pedro Matias Pereira signs an article in the Administrative Law Journal on public works contracts

Pedro Matias Pereira, managing associate of the Public Administration and Public Procurement area at TELLES, signs an article entitled A review of the execution project, published in the most recent edition of the Revista de Direito Administrativo dedicated to the subject of public works contracts.

The text analyzes the obligation of contracting authorities to subject, in certain cases, projects for the execution of public works contracts to a technical review procedure, in order to ensure that public works are based on consistent projects, in order to avoid checking errors and omissions, as well as the associated costs.
