Abílio Rodrigues to moderate Short Course on Sports Law

Abílio Rodrigues, partner in the Tax practice of TELLES, will participate in the Short Course in Sports Law organised by the Students' Association of the Faculty of Law of Universidade do Porto (AEFDUP) and the European Law Students' Association (ELSA) of Universidade do Porto.

The TELLES tax lawyer will participate as a moderator in the round table on "Taxation in Sports and Sports Betting", scheduled for 31st March at 18:00.

This training will focus on the main topics of sports law, namely:

  • The fundamentals of sports law and dispute resolution
  • Market regulation and the international perspective
  • Legal protection and ethical challenges
  • Sports contracts and the reality of a legal department

The Sports Law Short Course will take place in a hybrid format on 25, 27, 31 March and 1 April.
