Beyond National Borders: how, when, and why to enter new markets

Márcio Carreira Nobre, partner and coordinator of the Finance and Capital Markets practice at TELLES, and Miguel Bento Ribeiro, lawyer specialising in tax incentives at TELLES, were guest speakers at the workshop 'Beyond National Borders: how, when, and why to enter new markets' promoted by ELITE.

The session also featured speakers Giordano Sassaroli and Francesca Bottoli from ELITE, Davide Merlin and Michele Mattioli from EY, Veronica Spinsanti from Heroes Force Consulting, Kimia Said Masghati from Heroes Force Consulting, Emanuela Ferro and Marco Alici Biondi from Glasford International | Italy, Roberto Giudici from Entangled Capital SGR, Simone Maldino from Cambiaso Risso Marine S.p.A., Zsolt Kassai from Special Effects Ltd, Andrea Mandel-Mantello from CRLAB, Pablo Rocamora from Banco Sabadell, Francesco Falcone from Sella Investment Banking, D. Hande Kaya from NativeStrategy, Fabrizio Fresca Fantoni from NativeStrategy, who during the session shared insights, initiatives, success stories and good practices for the internalisation of companies from different sectors of activity, namely aspects related to EU competition, effective strategic planning for internationalisation, essential tax and legal aspects, cultural diversity.

This workshop on internationalisation and mergers and acquisitions was held at the Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan.
