Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues and Ashick Remetula from the Finance, Projects and Capital Markets area of practice at TELLES, write an opinion article entitled ““Who Cares Wins”: ESG in the financial sector”, published in Vida Judiciária magazine.

According to TELLES lawyers, “Today, we can speak of a “true right of “Sustainable Finance”, whose challenges and technical peculiarities are different from traditional ones”, adding that “the challenge for the financial sector is not only to fulfill ESG regulation, but also for creating long-term value, namely by investing in sustainable investments.
