How do companies fulfil their obligation to be AI literate?

Ana Ferreira Neves, partner in the Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice at TELLES, signs the opinion article entitled "How do companies fulfil their obligation to be AI literate?", published in the latest issue of Advocatus magazine.

The TELLES’ partner says that the European Union's new Artificial Intelligence Regulation is a regulatory milestone aimed at ensuring the ethical and safe use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the European area. With the gradual implementation of this legislation, preparing companies for the new reality of artificial intelligence is a priority.

“Literacy is crucial for the development and use of AI systems that are compatible with ethical principles and respect of fundamental rights, which are essential pillars of European regulation in this area," concludes the lawyer specialised in AI issues.
