Within the scope of the State Budget approved by Parliament for 2020, João Magalhães Ramalho, specialist in Tax Law at TELLES, analyzed the topic of Gold Visas.

In an opinion article published in the Jornal de Negócios, João Magalhães Ramalho, sets out his analysis that intends to elucidate on this modality that it is a residence permit for state nationals outside the EU and EEA, in exchange for making a relevant investment in national territory and question the impacts of this State decision on the real estate market in Portugal.
