Luísa Vilas Boas, associate in the Energy and Natural Resources practice at TELLES, is part of the Future Energy Leaders Portugal (FELPT) programme of the Portuguese Energy Association (APE).
The energy and natural resources lawyer is one of nine professionals selected to join the 35-member group of Future Energy Leaders Portugal (FELPT 2025).
The FELPT programme is based on creative ideas and innovative potential to challenge conventional thinking and explore new strategies for the future of energy systems.
This is the 5th edition of FELPT, an initiative based on the World Energy Council's Global FEL Programme, which invites future leaders in the sector to contribute to energy sector dialogue, support the development of balanced national policy frameworks and help define energy solutions for the future, adapted to national and regional contexts and needs.
