TELLES has just strengthened the Corporate, Commercial and M&A team with the arrival of Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz, taking another important step in the continued growth policy of one of the firm's core practices, which has been dealing with some of the most important and complex financial and corporate operations, in Portugal and abroad.

With more than 24 years of experience in providing legal assistance in national and multinational venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, the new partner of TELLES will lead a group of Private Equity and Venture Capital expert lawyers.

With a professional career recognized nationally and internationally for providing specialized legal services to corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital funds and other national and international investors, as well as to management entities and investment target companies and respective management teams, Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz has worked in several industries, namely in the sectors of technology and innovation, infrastructure and industrial.
