Pedro da Costa Mendes, lawyer, Of Counsel at TELLES in the Corporate, Commercial and M&A, was once again invited to participate as a guest speaker in the "2022 IDI Annual Conference" on the adaptation of distribution to the rapid evolution of the digital market", which takes place on 10 and 11 June in Madrid.
The lawyer will participate in the panel dedicated to the subject "True" and "untrue" agents in the new Guidelines" , in a conference that will count with numerous lawyers and experts in distribution law worldwide.
Pedro da Costa Mendes is the "IDI agency and distribution country expert" for Portugal of the IDI - International Distribution Institute, and is the only Portuguese speaker at this international organisation's initiative.
This year's conference will address relevant aspects of European and worldwide distribution policies, namely whether the online strategy and the coordination of online and offline distribution channels are in line with the new EU rules on vertical restraints (VBER 2022)".
