Pedro Matias Pereira and Rui Mesquita Guimarães are speakers in a postgraduate course at CEDIPRE

Pedro Matias Pereira, managing associate of Public Administration and Public Procurement area at TELLES, and Rui Mesquita Guimarães, associate in the same area of practice, participate as speakers in the XIV Postgraduate Course in Public Contracting at the Center for Public Law and Regulation Studies (CEDIPRE).

Pedro Matias Pereira will address the topic of the "Substantive Regime of the Administrative Contract" on the 11th of November.

Rui Mesquita Guimarães gave his speech on October 15th, in which he addressed the topic of “Decision to hire, procedural parts and procedure jury”.
