On 21st September, the 16th edition of the Postgraduate Course in Public Procurement, organised by the Centre for Studies in Public Law and Regulation (CEDIPRE) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (FDUC), will begin.
Pedro Matias Pereira and Rui Mesquita Guimarães, coordinating associates in the area of Administrative Law and Public Procurement, will be part of the teaching staff of this programme, which aims to provide specialised insight and knowledge on public procurement law.
Pedro Matias Pereira will focus on the "Substantive Regime of Administrative Contracts", while Rui Mesquita Nunes will analyse the "Jurisprudence on Public Procurement": Court of Auditors".
The course is offered entirely online, and the registration deadline is 15 September.
