Rodrigo Rocha Andrade, associate in the Corporate, Transactions and Private Equity practice at TELLES, will be a speaker at the 2nd Luso-Hispanic Congress of Civil and Commercial Law.
The TELLES’ lawyer will take part in the "Young Researchers" panel, where he will speak on "The distributive competence of shareholders: reasons and exceptions".
The II Luso-Hispanic Congress of Civil and Commercial Law will be held on 10 and 11 April 2025 at the Salão Nobre of the Law Faculty of the University of Porto.
The two-day event will bring together eminent Portuguese and Spanish speakers to discuss the fundamental issues of civil and commercial law, encouraging reflection and Luso-Spanish academic cooperation in the study of civil and commercial law. This is a joint initiative of the Law Faculties of the Universities of Oporto, Coimbra, Valladolid, and Salamanca to honour Professors Andrés Domínguez Luelmo and Fernando Carbajo Cascón for their outstanding contribution to the study of civil and commercial law.
