Rui Mesquita Guimarães speakes on Public Financial Sustainability and Judicial Power conference

Rui Mesquita Guimarães, TELLES Administrative and Public Procurement’s senior associate, will participate as a speaker in the Public Financial Sustainability and Judicial Power conference, organized by the Law School of the University of Minho.

The Administrative and Public Procurement expert lawyer will speak at the session on "Pre-contractual Procedures: the renewal of the decision to contract".

This conference, which will discuss issues related to the lack of public money in the jurisprudence of Administrative and Tax Courts

will take place today, the 10th of November, at 17:30, at the Law School of the University of Minho.
