TELLES advised Bling Energy on a two million Euro investment round to promote the energy transition in the residential market in Portugal and to accelerate the growth and expansion of the company in different markets on a global scale.
The operation was led by Ofélia Pinto de Queiroz, Partner and Head of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Group, assisted by lawyers Delber Pinto Gomes, João Pedro Folhadela and Catarina Isidro.
This round of financing included the participation of the original investors - Joaquim Sérvulo Rodrigues, founder of Armilar Venture Partners, and members of the José de Mello family - and a venture capital fund managed by Lince Capital.
With this two million euro investment, Bling Energy aims to contribute to a more sustainable future and the further democratisation of access to clean energy. The Portuguese company expects to double its workforce by the end of the year and aims to reach three thousand customers by the end of 2026.
