TELLES advised one of the world's largest distributors of transportation solutions and construction equipment, the NORS Group, on the sale of 100% of Auto Sueco II Automóveis to CARCLASSE, of the Névoa Group, and JOP, of the GOCIAL group.
The team was led by TELLES' managing partner and head of the Corporate, Transactional, and Private Equity practice area, Francisco Espregueira Mendes and by the Of Counsel, Nuno Marques, from the same practice area.
The multidisciplinary team included the collaboration of André Magalhães, associate in the Corporate, Transactional, and Private Equity practice area, Sofia Pamplona, partner in the Labor and Social Security practice area, Leyre Prieto and Joana Whyte, partner and associate in the European and Competition practice area, and João Pedro Lucena, associate in the Real Estate, Construction, and Urban Planning team.
