TELLES advises Portuguese shareholders on the sale of ByOn Fiber to the French

TELLES legal advised on structuring and contracting the sale of the “group” ByOn Fiber to French Solutions 30.
The technology solutions multinational acquired Matosinhos company ByonFiber and another French company Byon SAS, which already has orders of 35 million euros in France, ensuring the maintenance of the current top team in the management of the two operating companies.

The transaction was led by Pedro da Costa Mendes, TELLES Of Counsel and advised by Maria Miguel Cameira in the corporate structuring of the operation.
