TELLES advised Tessi group, an important European player in Business Process Services (BPS), in the acquisition of the VILT group, an international group specialized in digital transformation.

This transaction involved several jurisdictions (Portugal, France, Spain, Switzerland and Brazil) and was led by Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira (partner), with assistance of Tiago Sampaio (Of Counsel) and André Magalhães (associate) from the Commercial, Corporate & M&A practice and Joaquim Caimoto Duarte (Of Counsel), responsible for matters related to European Law and Competition.

With the conclusion of this operation, Tessi reinforces its positioning in the global market, regarding to the Information and Communication Technology sector.
