TELLES advised the shareholders of SLM - Sociedade Lisbonense de Metalização, on the sale of their entire shareholding to Meivcore, Lda.

SLM - Sociedade Lisbonense de Metalização, S.A. has been in the surface protection and restoration business for over 75 years and is one of the main players in the metal, concrete, stone, masonry and wood surface treatment market. In recent years, provided services in the recovery, rehabilitation and restoration of built heritage in all its different aspects. Was also distinguished by IAPMEI as PME Líder 2022.

Meivcore, Lda. operates in the field of industrial maintenance, employs more than 660 people and offers the most advanced solutions in the sector.
Founded in 2013 and based in Viseu, Portugal, it also operates in Spain, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Sweden.

For SLM, this transaction "represents a significant milestone" and "positions SLM to take advantage of new perspectives and innovative strategies, promoting not only growth, but also a stronger and more resilient business".
