TELLES was present at CoP 26, under the Climate Change Framework Convention - UNFCCC, having been co-organizer of the Portuguese project Climes to Go.
This initiative was part of a side event at CoP26 taking place in Glasgow and attended by Ivone Rocha and Bruno Azevedo Rodrigues, TELLES Energy, Environment and Natural Resources’ partners. In this project, the Climes to Go participants demonstrated that individual choices have an huge impact on climate.
In general terms, the Climes to Go project consisted in making the trip between Cascais and Glasgow as sustainable as possible and with a positive impact on the communities. This initiative aimed to mobilize everyone for the urgency of fighting and adapting to climate change, demonstrating that everyone has to be part of the solution and each individual choices has an impact on building a new model of economic development. It is possible to make more sustainable choices in our daily lives.
It is important to highlight that TELLES incorporates environmental and social sustainability in its DNA. Our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) is a continuous practice.
