Ivone Rocha, TELLES’ partner, was a guest speaker at the National Laboratory of Energy and Geology (LNEG), in the panel discussion on "what has been achieved, the difficulties to be overcome and what are the main impacts for Portugal, Europe and our Planet".
In this session on CoP26 follow-up, the energy, environment and natural resources expert lawyer spoke about the challenges of climate mitigation and adaptation.
The panel discussion also involved Filipe Duarte Santos, Professor at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon and President of the National Council for Environment and Sustainable Development (CNADS) and Professor Maria João Rolim.
The LNEG organised a range of meetings related to energy and climate field to monitor COP26 and discuss about the contributions and implications for Portugal. These meetings took place at the same time as key moments of COP26 to discuss Portugal's role at the summit.
This initiative took place on 12 November, at LNEG's Lumiar Campus.
