The Index for Excellence study is an initiative of CEGOC and Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education, which analyzes and highlights good people management practices in an increasingly technological landscape. It also serves as a basis for alerting the business community to trends and the importance of human value in an increasingly digital world shaped by new ways of working, which require people and organisations to be prepared in an uncertain and constantly adapting context.
The winners of the 8th edition of the Excellence Index were honoured at an event held at ISCTE's Executive MBA Auditorium in Lisbon, distinguishing the organizations that invest the most in human development.
