TELLES reinforces its Associates’ Team

TELLES has recently reinforced its team, which now includes three more associates in different expertises of the firm.

Carlos Eduardo Periquito reinforces the team coordinated by Pedro Almeida e Sousa and Miguel Nogueira Leite, Real Estate, Construction and Urban Planning. Considering his experience and know-how he will contribute to add even more value to the work that has been developed by the team. Throughout his professional career he has led and integrated legal departments of large national and international companies in the Construction, Concessions, Real Estate and Transport sectors. He holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon Law School and three post-graduate degrees, one in Administrative and Tax Justice from the University of Coimbra Law School and the others from the University of Lisbon Law School, in Public Procurement Law (national and community perspective) and in Environmental, Spatial Planning and Urbanism Law. Carlos joined TELLES from an international experience of several years in one of the largest shipping companies in the world, where he supported several projects of maritime works and concessions in various geographical locations.

Rodrigo Rocha Andrade who is part of the Commercial, Corporate and M&A team coordinated by partners Carlos Lucena and Francisco Espregueira Mendes has been developing his activity in the area of management of the corporate activity of companies, including corporate housekeeping services and planning and monitoring of corporate reorganizations. In addition to his legal practice, he is a researcher at the Center for Legal and Economic Research (CIJE), an invited assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto (FDUP) and at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto (ISCAP), and a PhD candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where he obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees. Rodrigo Rocha Andrade also has post-graduate degrees in Company Law from the Institute of Company and Employment Law and in Personal Data Protection Law from the Law School of the Catholic University - Porto, and attended the post-graduate course in M&A and Corporate Litigation of the Private Law Research Center of the Law School of the University of Lisbon. Previously he worked with Morais Leitão.

Ana Gradim, the new associate of the labour and social security team coordinated by partner Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira, has developed her specialization in matters related to labour and social security law, having been involved in assisting national and foreign clients. She has a degree in Law and a Master in Law, with a specialization in Legal-Criminal Sciences, from the Coimbra University Law School. Before joining TELLES, she was a member of Bind - Sociedade de Advogados.

TELLES currently has a team of around 120 lawyers, in a total of 150 professionals.
