TELLES announces the integration of lawyers Rita Ramalho and Luís Pedro Alves to strengthen the Administrative and Public Procurement team of TELLES, led by partner Pedro Almeida e Sousa.

Rita Ramalho is a consultant and has focused her practice in the areas of Administrative Law and Public Procurement. She has taught Philosophy of Law and General Theory of Civil Law and was a lecturer in the Public Procurement module of the Postgraduate Course in Administrative Law at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. She holds a degree in Law and a Masters in Legal and Political Sciences from the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University. She also has an advanced executive training course in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Faculdade de Ciências Económicas e Empresariais.

Luís Pedro Alves is an associate at TELLES, specialising in public law, public procurement and administrative litigation. He is a member of the ADA - Association of Administrative Law.

He graduated in Law from the Law School of the University of Coimbra, where he is currently a teaching assistant. He holds a Master's Degree in Legal-Political Sciences, specialising in Administrative Law, a Postgraduate Degree in Public Procurement and advanced training in Tax Compliance.
