TELLES strengthens its team with the arrival of Guilherme Seabra Galante as Of Counsel in the Corporate, Transactional and Private Equity department. The lawyer joins the team led by Francisco Espregueira Mendes, who has been involved in highly complex transactions in the domestic and international markets.

With more than 10 years of professional experience, Guilherme Seabra Galante is recognised nationally and internationally for his expertise in privatisations, corporate reorganisations, private equity and commercial contracts. He has also regularly advised listed companies and large groups, particularly in the tourism and transport sectors. The lawyer, who now joins the 150-strong TELLES team, has been involved in the most important and complex national and cross-border transactions.

Guilherme Seabra Galante holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Governance from the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon (2016) and in Banking, Stock Exchange and Insurance Law from the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra (2013). He holds a law degree from the Law School of the University of Lisbon (2010).

Corporate, Transactions and Private Equity is one of the most dynamic areas of TELLES, with around 45 lawyers with a strong track record in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the various sectors of activity, both nationally and internationally.
