TELLES announces the integration of Bernardo Costa Fernandes to strengthen the Labour and Social Security team, coordinated by partner Gonçalo Pinto Ferreira.
Bernardo Costa Fernandes has been developing his specialisation in labour and social security law. He has provided labour law advice to national and international companies in various sectors, including media, technology, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and aviation.
He has provided legal advice on all aspects of labour law, with the main objective of ensuring compliance with labour law. He has intervened in restructuring processes, namely collective redundancies and job cuts, as well as negotiating the departure of employees with a view to optimising the company's workforce. Finally, he is dedicated to resolving labour disputes, both in and out of court, representing workers and companies.
He holds a degree in Law from the Faculdade de Direito of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and a post-graduate study in Administrative and Fiscal Litigation from the Faculdade de Direito of Universidade de Lisboa.
The Labour and Social Security team at TELLES consists of 15 lawyers, out of a total of more than 150 lawyers, and is committed to providing quality services to its clients.
