With over ten years of experience, Andreia Lima Cruz has provided legal advice on various real estate investment projects in the Lisbon and Algarve markets. Her main focus is on the analysis of investments and operations involving acquisitions, leases and other matters related to the real estate sector. In addition, she has regularly advised foreign clients on the acquisition of Portuguese nationality and on the various types of residence in Portugal.
The most recent lawyer to join TELLES has graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon and holds a postgraduate degree in Urban Planning and Housing Law from the same University. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University Institute of Lisbon (ISCTE).
