Inês Príncipe, Managing Associate of TELLES' Arbitration and Litigation Practice, is the author of the article "The adoption of conduct contrary to good faith in arbitration proceedings and its impact on the allocation of costs", published in the first edition of Arbitragem 2 Mundos - Diálogos entre o Brasil e Portugal (Volume II).
